1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the DPBoss platform, you hereby agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and DPBoss ("Platform", "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please cease using our platform immediately.

2 Account Registration

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) account at dpboss. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual violates these terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed, including any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide information that is accurate, complete, and up to date. DPBoss reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time. 3 Eligibility and Age Requirements

The dpboss platform is exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. DPBoss does not permit the registration or use of the platform by underage individuals under any circumstances.

You must also ensure that your use of this platform is lawful under the applicable laws of the region where you reside. dpboss is not liable if you access this platform from a region where online gambling is prohibited. Full responsibility for compliance with local laws rests solely with you as the user.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

6 Game Rules

In the event of a technical failure during an active game, DPBoss will assess the situation and, where necessary, void the relevant round and refund the wagered amount to the member. Our decision in such matters is final.

7 Prohibited Activities

Use of the dpboss platform is subject to strict conduct guidelines. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• The use of automated software (bots), scripts, or any third-party tools to access or play on the platform.

• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system.
• Any attempt to access another member's account without authorization.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

DPBoss reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, or a security threat. In such cases, the account balance may be frozen pending our internal investigation.

Members may also choose to voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be returned to you via an agreed method once all verifications have been completed.

9 Personal Data Protection
